Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) .. enhances the
Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) without raising the energy cost.
The ERV exchanges stale, contaminated
room air with fresh outdoor air and in the process recovers
upto 80% of the energy from the exhaust air and uses it to
precool or preheat the supply air. |
|
The installation of ERV reduces capital/operating
cost of airconditioning equipment in new and existing buildings.
The energy recovery is achieved when the energy recovery wheel
slowly rotates between the counter flowing exhaust and supply
air streams absorbing sensible and latent heat from the cooler
air stream and transferring it to the warmer air. |

Carbon dioxide is used
as a surrogate ventilation index for diagnosing ventilation
inefficiency or distribution problems.
When CO2
levels go up, the productivity in your office, restaurant,
factory or conference room goes down.
The 1050 CO2,
Monitor is an accurate and rugged handheld carbon dioxide
monitor with a digital readout and rechargeable battery, that
will allow you to immediately access indoor ventilation rates. |
Ecofresh Heat Recovery/Enthalpy Wheel
The
Enthalpy Wheel, which recovers total energy (sensible as well as
latent), is the only equipment which meets all the needs of IAQ,
humidity control and energy saving.
The Eco-Fresh Enthalpy Heat Wheel is the new generation wheel which
integrates features like selective adsorption, inbuilt purge sector
to eliminate cross contamination, and many other unique features,
which allows high levels of fresh air ventilations with lower energy
requirements.
Ecofresh Heat Wheels are integrated in 'Make
Up' AHUs, packaged AHUs, or designed in modular system to cater
to larger fresh air loads for hospitals, hotels anc commercial building.
The most wide spread application of Ecofresh
heat wheel is for preconditioning fresh outside air before it is
introduced to a building using the energy exhausted out to preconditioning
the air.
The heat pipes pick up thermal energy from
the exhaust and transfer it to supply air thus saving precious energy.

DUCT CLEANING SYSTEMS
A key component to a successful IAQ strategy is regular maintenance
of any facilities HVAC system. Duct cleaning is an important area
of HVAC maintenance. Filter changes, coil cleaning, decontamination
of microbiological growth and overall HVAC system cleaning is necessary.
AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEMS are self contained
multi stage filteration system with vertical or horizontal models.
FEATURES
Insulated double-wall construction.
Corrosion resistant polyurethane enamel
paint.
30% efficiency filters for larger particulars
90% efficiency particulate filter
Up to three Brysorb media stages for
odors and gases.
Quick release latches with positive
seal mechanism.
Belt-driven airfoil plug blower assembly
with adjustable sheaves.
Full service access doors with piano
hinges.

Application areas covers various sections at
health, educational, industrial as well
as museums and art gelleries.
BrySorb Gas Filteration Medi is another solution
which provides a continuous purification of corrosive odorous and
toxic contaminants in industrial and commercial environments. Brysorb
media combines the adsorption properties of activated carbon with
the oxidation properties of chemically impregnated alumina Application

Flexomix is a modular 'Make Up' air handling
unit (AHU) incorporating a series of sections that can be
ncombined as per requirement of the customer for an effective
air conditioning with energy saving.
Available in different configurations,
the units are characterized by low height and a short construction
length and are therefore adaptable to most spaces and transportation
through narrow passages.
Room Ventillation Units are complete
air handling system meant to be installed in buildings, new
and old, to improve the ventilation.
Typical
applications of Room Ventillation Units are:
Class
rooms
Day nurserys
smaller offices
public buildings etc.
The unit is placed in the room where
ventilation needs to be improved. The installation is easy,
only holes in the wall for outdoor air and extract air are
needed.
Typical features
1. Exhaust
air intake
2. Exhaust air filter
3. Thermal wheel
4. Exhaust air silencer
5. Exhaust air fan
6. Exhaust air silencer
7. Outdoor air filter
8. Supply air fan
9. Supply air silencer
